As per the decision of the School Management Committee dated 2083/01/12, this notice is published to invite sealed quotations from authorized suppliers or firms for the procurement of the following materials.

Terms and Conditions

Quotation forms can be obtained from the school office.
Sealed quotations must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
The bids will be opened on the 16th day in the presence of concerned suppliers or their representatives.
Suppliers must ensure the availability of the quoted materials.
The school reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation.
The quoted amount must be clearly written in both figures and words; in case of discrepancy, the amount in words shall prevail.
Required documents include: Firm registration certificate, business license, VAT registration certificate, and tax clearance certificate of FY 2078/079.
The selected supplier must sign an agreement with the school.
