• The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
• Quotations received after the deadline will not be accepted.
• The quotation opening process shall be conducted in the presence of suppliers or their authorized representatives.
• Suppliers are required to provide materials according to the specifications mentioned in the quotation form.
• The school reserves the full right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
